General Information

  1. What is included in the charter price?

    • The charter price includes the boat rental, a licensed captain, fuel, life jackets, and basic refreshments. Additional services such as special decorations are available for an extra fee.

  2. How do I book a charter?

    • You can book a charter through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button, or you can contact us directly by phone or email to make a reservation.

  3. What are your operating hours?

    • We operate daily from 6am to 8pm, weather permitting. Special arrangements can be made for early morning or late evening charters.

Booking and Payment

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and online payments. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  2. What is your cancellation policy?

    • Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

During the Charter

  1. What should I bring with me on the charter?

    • We recommend bringing sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, towels, flip flops, a light jacket, and any personal items you may need. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages, though basic refreshments are provided. Alcohol is BYOB.

  2. Is there a limit to how many people can be on the boat?

    • Yes, for safety reasons and to comply with Coast Guard regulations, our pontoon boat can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

  3. Can we bring our own food and drinks?

    • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but please drink responsibly.

Safety and Regulations

  1. Do you provide life jackets?

    • Yes, we provide life jackets for all passengers. Life jackets are required to be worn the duration of the charter for children 12 and under.

  2. What happens if the weather is bad?

    • Your safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you as soon as possible if there are any concerns.

Special Requests and Customization

  1. Can I customize my charter experience?

    • Absolutely! We offer various add-ons and customization options, including decorations and a griddle style grill. Please let us know your preferences when booking.

  2. Do you offer special packages for events like birthdays or anniversaries?

    • Yes, we have special packages for events such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and more. Contact us for details and to discuss your specific needs.

Onboard Amenities

  1. What amenities are available on the boat?

    • Our boat is equipped with comfortable seating, a sound system, shaded areas, and a large cooler for refreshments.

  2. Is there a restroom on the boat?

    • There is not a restroom on board though there are various locations we are able to stop at to use the facilities.

Miscellaneous

  1. Are pets allowed on the boat?

    • Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome on our charters. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can make necessary accommodations.
